3. No guaranteed outcomes
AI systems are probabilistic and can make mistakes. While we design, test, and tune our agents carefully, we do not guarantee a specific business outcome, and we recommend human review for decisions with significant consequences, in line with the handoff rules agreed for your specific engagement.
4. Website use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt its operation, scraping content at scale, or submitting fraudulent information through our forms or demo chat widget.
5. Intellectual property
